best at.

We are here to offer support over judgement in a compassionate and calm setting. We work collaboratively with you and genuinely listen, help solve problems, and empower you with tools and steps to move you forward effectively.

OR

Our therapy space is comfortable, inviting, and confidential. We pride ourselves on cultivating a safe and secure meeting spot for you to feel at ease in.

Free on site parking is available. Our office is also accessible by bus.

Please note: there are pets at both locations but they keep to themselves.

Why ‘Collective Spirit’

A collective is a group of people with a shared purpose. Like a flock of birds flying in the same direction, the vision of having balanced mental health and true camaraderie from professional-to-professional extended to every client we service drives the heart of our work.

With training in Design Thinking and having experienced toxic workplaces Sarah started this organization with the goal of building a company that fosters shared identity and cohesion based on exemplifying psychological and emotional wellness. Her initiative aims to provide an equitable environment that builds stronger results (individually and collectively). She bases this framework on empathy, iterative and creative processes, and integrity.

Collective Spirit is a grassroots private practice. It demonstrates democratic and organic leadership allowing its members to grow and adapt on their own timeline, respecting the lived experience, diversity, and particular talents of its professionals. We know that this is the best way to help others to feel nurtured and to thrive.
